Start your day on the right food

When you wake up in the morning stay lying in bed, be grateful for the new day, tense and relax each muscle in your body. Start at your feet, left foot then right foot, left calf then right calf and work all the way up to the crown of your head. Focus and send life force energy to each of part of the body. When you are finished stretch like a cat and activate your whole body. Give thanks for the new day. When you are sitting on the edge of your bed about to put your feet on the floor. Before you do, give thanks to Mother Earth. Appreciate her and ask her for her forgiveness because you are about to put your feet on her. Lovingly place your right foot on the floor then your left. Drink a big glass of lukewarm water with fresh lemon squeezed in it, for a good organ cleanse and meditate.  This is the best way for me to start my day on the right foot.
